Hotel Montanus, Bruges

I loved staying at this hotel. The rooms had a stylish dark décor, allowing me to park my motorcycle right outside, which made handling my luggage a breeze. The temperature in the room was a bit cold, but for the extra cost, the convenience was worth it. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect, close to the center yet quiet, and the dining experience was truly outstanding. However, the absence of shampoo and body soap was a downside.

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a mini-apartment feel, but can get too hot at night. The service is pleasant and helpful, with tea & coffee available between 11:00-18:00. The location is bustling yet calm, though guests should be prepared to walk for sightseeing. Dining is excellent with a variety of options, and the facilities are outstanding.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the train station and main attractions in Bruges, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, offering a pleasant view of the gardens. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The dining experience was fantastic, especially the cooked-to-order eggs for breakfast. However, some room amenities like pillows could use an upgrade.

The staff is incredibly helpful, the breakfast is good, and the location in Bruges is brilliant, despite some issues with key access that required multiple trips to reception.

The hotel offers a spotless and very comfortable stay with a nice modern lounge and al fresco dining area. The bed is really comfortable with high-quality bedding, but there are some discomfort issues to consider.
